THE NORTH WESTERN PART OF THE GOLD COAST

Gold Coast North West takes in suburbs including Helensvale, Pacific Pines, Gaven, Coomera, Oxenford and Arundel Hills. The development in these areas is very strong with a continual increase in population. It offers a wide variety of housing accommodation from acreage properties, economy and middle range estate homes, duplexes, units, through to luxury residences on golf course or water frontages and those with spectacular mountain and coastal views.

These areas have excellent educational facilities with both public and private primary and high schools as well as numerous kindergardens and pre-schools.

Transport and shopping are excellent with the M1 freeway giving quick access to beaches, airport or Brisbane CBD, and the Queensland Rail with express trains to Brisbane city and suburbs. Major shopping facilities include the Westfield shopping centre that includes Target, Kmart, and a number of smaller shopping centres in the surrounding suburbs.

You have easy access to all boating facilities, surfing beaches and the Surfers Paradise night life. You are in the heart of the theme park culture (Dreamworld, Wet'n'Wild Waterworld, and Movie World) that makes the Gold Coast such a popular visitor destination. You have an array of sporting facilities and clubs catering for a wide variety of age groups.

All in all the North Western part of the Gold Coast is a great place to live.
